Easy and convenient that’s our goal, enjoy free shipping on orders over AUD $50* (shipping is only $4.95 for orders under $50). We use Australia Post and other major couriers to ensure your products get to you on time and in excellent condition, all orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 24 hours so you can be confident with shopping at K STARS you will get your gear on time, every time.

Goods will be delivered on business days. No deliveries will be made on weekends or public holidays. We deliver by Australia Post. Goods may not be delivered next day due to circumstances (such as adverse weather, strikes etc.) beyond the control of K STARS or Australia Post.

A signature is required upon delivery. If no one is available to sign for the parcel, a notice will be left at your address notifying you of pick-up arrangements. We recommend either a work address (please include full business name, receivers name and other relevant details) or PO BOX for prompt delivery.

Australian Standard Delivery

Australian Standard Delivery - Postage $4.95

You must place your order by 12pm (Australian Eastern Daylight Savings Time) on any business day. Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be dispatched on the next business day.

Pending credit card authorisation, verification and availability of stock, please allow 3 to 5 working days for delivery within Australia (5-10 days for Australia Island Residents).

Important: oversized items are NOT INCLUDED in the standard postage offer; oversized items will require additional postage (Check the product description while you are shopping to see if a product does not qualify for free or standard shipping. Any exempt items will be called out in the product description along with any additional postage costs.)
 

 



New Zealand Standard Delivery

New Zealand Standard Delivery - Postage $15.00 AUD

We deliver via Australian Post and a signature is required upon delivery. For prompt delivery we recommend either a work address (please include full business name, receivers name and other relevant details) or PO BOX for prompt delivery.

Delivery to private addresses will require you to nominate a secure spot on the premises for the package to be left, should there be no one there to sign for the parcel. To nominate a secure spot, please include these details with your shipping address details. For example, "Please leave behind pot plant at the door.".

Pending credit card authorisation, verification and availability of stock, please allow 7 to 10 working days for delivery within New Zealand. All prices are in Australian Dollars. The prices within the online store DO NOT include relevant overseas duties and other custom charges that you may incur.

Please note you can only begin to track your order after it has been shipped. Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email from us which includes your consignment tracking number. You may wish to sign up for email updates through Australia Post.

Simply log onto the Australia Post website and enter your tracking number to see the status of your delivery and estimated delivery date, should you have any questions please contact us.

Important Information

We cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. Strikes, floods etc.). All colours of garments are reproduced as accurately as possible, however a slight variation may occur in colour and size specifications. Colours may appear slightly different via this web site due to computer picture resolution and individual monitor settings. Offers are available until stocks sell out.

We Reserve the Right

  • To cancel any order, at which time we will immediately notify this action by e-mail or phone, using the details provided. We will refund all monies paid using the original method received
  • That all orders are subject to availability of stock
  • To take reasonable steps to verify that the order and credit details are bona fide

Shop with confidence at K STARS, if the size is not quite right or you just want to exchange your purchase for the newest product that has just hit our shelves, you can no questions asked, simply let us know what you would like to do and we will send you all the necessary details on how to swap your product hassle free. You can return your purchase for up to 60 days from the day you purchased it. We want to make your online shopping experience easy and stress free.

In addition to your Statutory Rights, should you change your mind, we will happily exchange providing the following conditions have been met:

  1. The items with the original receipt & tags attached are returned within 60 days of purchase.
  2. 2. Items must be in original condition as purchased, with all product labels/tickets attached. Garments must not been worn & all original packaging must be returned in its original condition.

In Store Return

You can exchange or return your online order at any K STARS store within Australia with the receipt you receive in your parcel. This option is preferred as you can receive an exchange directly and do not have to pay for re-delivery ($4.95 AUD).

Postal Return

You can also return your online order by posting it along with a copy of your receipt to our Returns / Exchange address below and indicate the reason for the return. We will then issue you with a credit/gift card so you can make another purchase, when placing an exchange and using your credit/gift card you will be required to pay for return postage at the rate relevant to you.
